I have used Carrington Windows now for the 5th time and must say that over the last 10 years their commitment, work rate, attitude and above all the QUALITY of all the installations has never decreased. The windows are now 10 years old and still look superb! My conservatory is the envy of the street due to its akward positioning and "one off" design. Thankyou Carrington.

Twenty five years ago we moved into our brand new house, totally different to any thing we'd owned befor apart from one thing; timber single glazed windows. Now after two and a half decades we have finally got round to having new double glazing fitted. We asked Carrington to provide us with a price and were pleased that we found it affordable. Having placed our order we asked for a specific date for installation so that I had time to book leave. Carrington Windows Doors & Conservatories confirmed the date to us in writing and on the appointed date we waited for the fitters to arrive which they did at about 9.00 am. They explained that they had to load our windows into the van as it was a Monday morning which meant the "late" start. We offered a cup of tea which was politely refused and within a couple of hours they had removed four of our old worn out windows and loaded them into the back of their van. Before taking the old windows out they remeasured to make sure that we wouldn't be left with a gaping hole instead of a window. the fitting went superbly, no mess left behind, just neatly finished windows. The following day they returned to complete the job, a large square bay window and a set of patio doors where the old rotten porch frontage had been removed. Neighbours were as impressed as we were at the speed and cleanliness of the fitters, we could not find fault with anything, a fantasic job at a good price. Already our boiler is having less work to do and there are no more cold areas particularly in the bay area. Thanks Carrington!

Having used Carrington many years ago - on a different property - we didn't hesitate to use them again when we needed replacement windows and Patio Doors. That work was carried out quickly and efficiently and we have just used them again for Soffits, Fascias and Guttering. Once again the work was carried out efficiently and on time.
