very poor workmanship down to the Britannic's owner only interested in making as much profit as possible from customers.
He is only interested in collecting the money from his customers and nothing else.
Does not fulfill the guarantee unless its a simple problem because employs no skilled workers, only employs cheap labour.
Usually requests customers to pay up to 50% of the job in cash which is totally illegal.
In the end had no choice but to pay other professionals to correct all the errors they made.
Now trading under Britannic Home Improvements Ltd rather than Britannic Windows Ltd as they do not pay their glass suppliers and blame this onto their customers not being happy with the materials rather than the workmanship and make out their customers have not paid them the full amount for the job.
