A whole bungalow to be fitted with new windows and french doors. Job was promised for two days in November, 2016 and took over 12 weeks with constant revisits to rectify all sorts of problems. Customer service was appalling and no calls ever returned. Eventually paid in full in February, 17 but 9 weeks on despite repeated requests no Fensa certificate received and it has not even been registered. Steer well clear
