It makes a refreshing change to deal with a family company who are totally professional and deliver what they say.

We have recently engaged Basfords for a large project with aluminium doors and windows to a newbuild we are currently undertaking.

The fitters were exceptional Very tidy asked all the right questions how we would like the frames setting this was important as we are cladding on the outside .

Sales was extremely helpful on the sales side with no pressure given all the technical specification we required for our structural engineer with the Gables and all the calculations for the energy side to our architect.

We will Continue to recommend your company thank you .
