I was very impressed with the service on the phone and how organised they sounded. Great product, fitted quickly and efficiently, fitters were friendly and pleasant to have around the house. In total the fitters took a day and a half to fit all the windows (7) and then front and patio doors. Superb quality windows and doors, still looking good after the 12 months. Honestly have no complaints
