“Delayed but Really Happy”

We had a full set of windows from Anglo back in July. We were told 8 weeks to installation. It ended up being 12 weeks but after investigation, it seems everyone is having the same problems with supply chains etc. Now the windows are in we are very happy with everything. The windows look amazing and we cannot fault the builders and fitters. No matter who you choose there could be delays but for us it was worth the wait.

Our roof has been leaking for months and now they wont answer our calls so we have no way of contacting them so I find it strange that you are able to

“Took a While but well worth the wait”

We ordered just before the first lockdown and our conservatory was finished last month. Yes I must admit that it took much longer than I originally anticipated but this was down to closure of manufacturers, staff shortages and supply problems from builders merchants. We accept these as genuine reasons for the delay and we are now sat in our wonderful new conservatory. Anglo delivered on their promise and the build quality is excellent. Despite the delays we would still be happy to recommend Anglo to anyone.
