Currently into month 8 of a 6 to 8 week project. The attitude of the management is appalling and they refuse to communicate or provide updates. The quality of the workmanship is appalling to a point that I have had to bring in competent friends to rectify issues.
I am currently engaged with Trading Standards in an effort to resolve my concerns but you would do well to avoid this company.
As a retired person I do not need the stress this has caused.

I completely agree with you we booked to have a conservatory fitted starting April 1st . Nothing but problem after problem. No one answers the phone to you so I called from a friends phone, picked up straight away ( fresh meat to take) our problems are too many to list. But here are some. At the moment we are still waiting for a large mirror to be delivered, we ( hubby and I) Told several different stories as to its whereabouts... In the yard ,,, van not big .. need two men to carry it ...it’s with the manufacturers etc etc.... also a new glass panel as one they fitted is scratched, also new roofing panel as cut too short. Now like yourselves we have also spoke to different legal sources and are now considering taking the matter further as we have so much evidence.. photos texts etc,, so everyone please stay away from this company’s shoddy workmanship...it seems that once they have your money no one is interested.....

Be aware of this company they turn up around 11 am do the bare minimum and have the cheek to ask for cash up front for fitting , the salesman can’t use a tape measure and only cares about one thing and that’s commission
