To get a quote took nearly 2 hours the usual phones his manager to get the price down and then walks around the garden to let us think about it. When we said no he said he would phone his manager again and this goes on until the price is what we would expect. Fitting was good however problem appeared 3 years later and to get somebody out was a nightmare. Lockdown has ended but nearly 5 months later we are still awaiting for a repair to a door that isn't shutting. I would not recommend them
