Avoid

We have had a terrible time with this company . Had windows and doors done in 2018 decided to have building work to enlarge kitchen ,once we paid deposit we realised we had a problem with damp we have been told we didnt ask for vents , but we were not asked this question at the time we ordered , we thought that would be the normal thing but apparently not allways . check each paperwork you recieve as with the building work we paid for a door to be bricked up and then decided not to but we were still charged ,also we wanted the outside tap put back but we didnt notice this had been removed from the next paperwork. After many delays before covid they finally started , the builders were great , brickwork is great and it looks really nice. Getting the finishes done has been a nightmare, the grass was ruined and uneven and the gravel wasnt done and door hooks eventually these were done but The floor was uneven , which we are having tiled next week and it still hasnt been levelled , he came out nearly 2 weeks ago to view and now we cant get any response We are having to pay someone else to finish thier job . We could not recommend this company to anyone , customer service is rubbish.
