APPAULING .

I am never usually one to complain and any review I have ever left for anyone has been because I am very happy with the service/product and wouldn't normally bother however, on this occasion I have made the exception.

Nice friendly salesman sells me new front door... expensive but i went with it as was promised the best .. its Anglian afterall! Don't you get what you pay for?

Door was fitted (looked nice!) ah but no letterbox and the door had the wrong lock so anyone could walk in unless you physically locked it from the inside. (no slam shut) So I waited 2 weeks for someone to come and fit a letterbox.. (this is after several phonecalls where I was promised a call back and eventually I put my foot down and stayed on the line. in the meantime the postman couldn't leave my mail.. So they were meant to change the locking mechanism on the door at the same time …. no mention of that on the job sheet so that had to wait. In the meantime the lock was so hard to turn we stopped using the door. It is now 4 months since the door was fitted and I have had 7 appointments for them to come and sort out the lock .. they've turned up but haven't had the part.. This has been going on for 4 months.. This is 7 days off work to wait in for an all day appointment. There has been no follow up from Anglian at all after failed attempts to change the lock.... Each time I have had to phone them and request another visit …. they tell me the job was signed off and complete... The customer service is appauling and they make you feel like you have done something wrong and are being a nuisance.... Still not fixed!!

Once they've got your money... they don't care !! Use a local independent company who value your business.....
