I had wished for so much more

I fell in love with this at an exhibition and designed my new kitchen around it and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Unfortunately it has not been the fairy tale I had hoped for. Once the guarantee has expired the company are only interested at selling you overpriced filters and will not send their own engineers. We have already had the door fixed once because it sagged so much it wouldn't close. It is now doing it again. I am seriously considering completely rearranging the kitchen so I can have it removed but given the size, it is easier said than done. The racks do rust badly (never been an issue with other fridges) and the overflow pipe on the unit has blocked most years flooding the floor - usually when emptying it is the most inconvenient (you need to remove all the shelves to get to the unit so need to empty everything out and they do hold a lot!) they seem to create large amounts of condensation so it is common to get mould growing on the outside of glass (items rarely used but last). I love the idea, but the reality is just so disappointing. Heaven knows how much it costs to run once the for stops sealing properly.
