Don't be fooled by the charm or is that smarm!

I Purchased a Levono Idea Pad 510 on the assurance that it was so fast it was a "virtual flying machine" it is in fact incredibly slow, awkward and difficult to use. To compound my misery I then bought an HP desk jet 3720 on the assurance that the wireless connection was simply plug and play. Not a bit of it. The only way I can print is via a USB cable. Consequently I am unable to print from any other Wi fi device. In essence and in my experience they are a marriage made in hell! As for Currys they promise you all will be well but deliver nothing. Nothing that is unless you are willing to part with an additional £84.00 on top of the £700.00 already wasted. If you do not pay, you are on your own! Never again. If it is service you want go to John Lewis. The products are the same and the prices are the same. The only difference is the credibility of the staff and the after care which is second to none. To paraphrase the old adage (in my experience) "buy from Currys and you will inevitably buy twice. This pile of garbage is destined for the bin!
