We can’t recommend Adolescent Dogs enough, especially our trainer. She really is a wonderful trainer and very patient with Zac, our Border Collie - and with us! After four weeks of intensive training Zac knew exactly what he was doing. I suspect we weren’t such good pupils. In the handover session the trainer took lots of time to explain what we should be doing and let us try it out with Zac under her guidance - and then correcting us when necessary.

Zac seems to have had a great time with her and, although he was very pleased to see us (and us him!!), he had obviously built up a lovely bond with the trainer and this was great to see. We could see he was happy and had had fun while learning lots.

Now Zac’s home, we're all sticking to the new rules and he seems to be gaining confidence that he has to do what he did with the trainer with us too. We just keep repeating everything over and over and we're getting there. We've got the follow up session booked and the trainer has been in touch to check we're all OK. It’s really helpful to know she’s still on hand for those questions and guidance when we need reassuring.
