Terrible service so far. Ordered plastering beads, 8-10 days delivery, past this now and zero replies from company. It only takes a couple of minutes to reply to an email. You were quick enough to take my money.

I ordered a velux window 3 wks ago but it's still not arrived I've contacted the company several times and still no response and no dispatch confirmation. Phones aren't being manned.. So it's a complete balls up. Thanks for taking my money and not supplying me with the goods and being of no support to me. AVOID!!!

Placed order 6th July. Have written 3 times to the company asking for details of delivery. 3 times they have failed to respond. Strange times we live in and I've been been patient with a lot of online orders from other companies...they at least keep the customer informed. As the review title suggests I am open to changing my opinion of less2build, but they're doing a good job at making it difficult for me to do so.

Ordered on the Wednesday and delivered on a Friday, was really pleased until I inspected the delivery. The posts I ordered had massive splits in them and I have been trying to get in contact for a week now and no one has been bothered to get back in contact with me. Sent several emails and no answer. I hope someone reads this and finally has the decency to get in contact.

I bought some round timber fence posts which were badly split. I accept wood will have imperfections as it is a natural product but these splits were running 3/4 of the length of the 1.8m posts and were half way through them (100mm dia). Despite emails they did not come back with a resolution and I am still waiting 3 weeks later. Very poor customer service.

Using this company has cost me twice as much! Had to order the same items elsewhere. They take your money then ignore your emails and online enquiries. Customer service is the worst ever. A month later and still chasing my refund. Goods were never sent out yet reluctant to refund me. Worst online shopping experience ever!

Order placed. Not delivered. Emailed sent, requesting delivery information, no reply. Rang and told it was damaged by the delivery team and sent back. Told it had been resent (not true), promist delivery by Friday. Rang Friday to be told it hadn't been sent after all. Left me with a bit problem, as my contractor started the next day with no wood. Lesson leant broken promises and lieing staff.

Placed and paid for an order over 1 month ago. Items have not been delivered but money has been taken. I've submitted an enquiry form as suggested on their own site and had no reply. Not even sure this company exists or operates now, just hoping I can get my money back for items not delivered. Avoid and look elsewhere.

Please do not under any circumstances buy from this company. They advertise grade A Decking boards which they most certainly are not. I ordered 24 boards, all were full of knots with many leaving holes where the knots had fallen out. The surface finnish was totally unacceptable and two boards were unusable due to the huge bow on the wood. There is clearly no quality control with thier products. Buy at your own risk.

I have used this company to build two extensions in the past and they were nothing short of brilliant, this was in 2012 and 2017. This time ordered 5 fancy fence panels, they all came damaged and absolute rubbish quality. they are not willing to replace the items and told me to go elsewhwere, have not collocted after 7 days or refunded. Keep phoning and today transport manager in a four and half hour meeting lol. No option but to take to small claims court. The lady has a serious attitude problem. Since found the panel at B Q and better quality and 25 per cent cheaper.

Good Evening A small knot hole less than 3 mm in a natural timber product does not make it as per your email **** panels .Shouting and swearing at sales staff really does not help and would more than likely revoke an "Attitude" from any member of staff.
Maybe try and call tomorrow and be civil and we can help! being rude and swearing at people does not get the response you require.
Or if you require as you have threatened in nearly every conversation take it to small claims court either way I am sure we will resolve.

HA HA funny. a 3mm knot hole lol. what about the splits everywhere. what about the panel not fixed together. what about the panel refused as it was falling apart when the van doors opened.
What about your daughter lying saying transport are in a meeting for nearly four days. what about my 6 civil phone calls before i got angry.

Do not buy from this company!!! I ordered goods from less to build and on my order entered the day I wanted delivery, my order was placed and accepted, on the day of my delivery I called them to see what time my delivery was arriving, and spoke to a very rude so called executive sales rep who told me delivery was not out for today?? I said that on my order I put in my delivery date and she stated that it was not due for another couple of days? I asked why nobody contacted me to let me know this and she said that my delivery date had not been confirmed!!!!! I said you accepted my order and it had the delivery date on it, why was I not informed that it was not arriving, she did not even apologise for my loss of a days work and the fact they did not deliver as per my order, and she repeated that it would be delivered in a few days and I would receive a email and text, I then told my customer that it would now arrive in a few days time, and guess what, no email from them and no delivery, I have since seen that they refunded me so I will not receive my order and now I have to start all over again and will probably lose my customer.... ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL - this company should not be trading

I buy a lot of building material on line but would not use this company I ordered the items from their web site and 3 to 4 days was the delivery time frame. I telephoned the company and was told could not deliver for 6 to 7 days so i had to cancel my order. Now my order had not been despatched but they deducted 25% of the total cost of the items . I will not be using this company again.

Delivery is very clearly marked as 3-6 working days and 7-10 working days on Lintels this clear on every page before payment ,
The terms and conditions also sate a 25% restocking on items that need to be produced to replace stock such as lintels

Avoid Avoid Avoid.... Ordered timber and postcrete on the Tuesday and I was told delivery would be on the Bristol run on Friday morning. I told the guy who took the order that i had to have the stuff for the weekend which i was told would not be a problem. Friday morning i rang to double check it was out, only to be told that it had not got on the lorry as they had prioritised other customers! I explained that i had to have the products for the weekend. I was told that there was nothing that they could do and they couldn't even give me a specific day the following week i would have delivery. I said this was unacceptable and asked for a full refund which i was told i would have straight away. The seller did not issue a refund and i ended up having to raise a case with Paypal, which fortunately i'd paid with. A massive thank you to Paypal and their brilliant buyer protection, a refund was finally received (although it took nearly 2 weeks). When i chased the refund, i was told by less 2 build that i'd have to wait as they didn't have the funds to make a refund! This is the worst sort of online seller. They should understand that the only substance to their business is prompt delivery of quality products and good customer care, without that, they have nothing. The staff were rude and unapologetic... Avoid them at all cost.

The order placed was infact on a 3-5 working day delivery time frame,Which you agreed to at the time of placing your own order.
You did make contact to ask if you could have this faster to which we informed we where happy to try our best to do so.
2 days later when the goods had not made themselves to you you called the office demanding a refund ,
The recorded calls do sate our accounts promised to do this for you by the close of business that day,
At 15.43 on the same day you opened a goods not received case via Paypal (even though the agreed delivery time frame had not even been acheived ).
On Monday you called and spoke to a member of staff calling everyone who works at less2build and I quote from the recorded calls "Liars"
stating you did not open a paypal request until saturday ,which as you know is incorrect .
I am sorry the service you agreed to was not as fast as you would have liked but leaving inaccurate reviews is damaging and not as things should be done ,Just because you did not get your own way.
This seems to be a pattern in all the other business reviews you leave on Trust pilot AND OTHER REVIEW SITES!!.

Disgusting service including waiting 34 days for items ordered to arrive before giving up and cancelling the order, a further 3 weeks on and no refund has been received. Upon calling up to complain and request my money to be returned I was met with a barrage of abuse from 'manager' who behaved like a child and used extremely offensive language towards me.

Ordered Insulation about a week ago. I waited in all day for the delivery today and it didn't arrive, so I call the company Less2Build and asked where my goods are and the sales manager stated that the delivery truck had broken down and that delivery would have to try again! I informed him that I had waited at home for the delivery and that if I don't get my delivery the next day or so, I would have to cancel and ask for my money back, he then laughed and swore at me and put the phone down on me! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ABUSIVE GUY, Also they owe me £203! I called to report this and I now have to wait 2 to 3 working days for a refund back to my card! I GOT NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER OR ANYTHING FROM THEM AS YET!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REPETUBLE COMPANY AND GET BETTER SERVICE

Appear not to care about items that go missing, just blame it on the carrier. Tracking numbers don't show up on carriers web site, call to the carrier didn't help as they didn't have the item. I called 3 times chasing goods, last time I got abuse from them. I don't write many reviews but this company have really pushed me to the limit. Products on offer - Good and prices are cheap Delivery - God help you if something goes wrong Customer service - Doesn't exist, they don't care Attitude - Abusive. My advise - Avoid Lees2build, pay a little more and save yourself the hassle.

Sent wrong lintel, wouldn't exchange without photo evidence, even though I wanted a cheaper one ? , no contact from them only me phoning them , I orderd on the 11th of June , I'm still waiting on the 21st of June , will use JEWSONS next time . Customer service !

As per delivery terms all lintels come with a standard delivery time of 7-10 working days .
This is clear in the terms and conditions of orders.
We have do have faster options available at an extra cost .

Ordered a Roof Window 3 weeks ago. When Phone I was told that the window should be with me within 5-10 working days. After 7 working Days phoned to confirm delivery and still confirmed. So booked a roofer to install the window. Now 15 Days since order still not received window and down a days money as still had to pay roofer. Less2build should be More2Build

I Note we have requested images of the so called damage to which you have refused to send , you have also used the items but now wish for a refund ,
