Ordered timber and postcrete on the Tuesday and I was told delivery would be on the Bristol run on Friday morning. I told the guy who took the order that i had to have the stuff for the weekend which i was told would not be a problem.
Friday morning i rang to double check it was out, only to be told that it had not got on the lorry as they had prioritised other customers!
I explained that i had to have the products for the weekend. I was told that there was nothing that they could do and they couldn't even give me a specific day the following week i would have delivery.
I said this was unacceptable and asked for a full refund which i was told i would have straight away.
The seller did not issue a refund and i ended up having to raise a case with Paypal, which fortunately i'd paid with. A massive thank you to Paypal and their brilliant buyer protection, a refund was finally received (although it took nearly 2 weeks).
When i chased the refund, i was told by less 2 build that i'd have to wait as they didn't have the funds to make a refund!

This is the worst sort of online seller. They should understand that the only substance to their business is prompt delivery of quality products and good customer care, without that, they have nothing. The staff were rude and unapologetic...

Avoid them at all cost.
