I visited Homebase at Drakehouse, Sheffield last week. I had a DIY gardening job to do and didnt have a clue what materials or equipment I would need to do the job.
A gentleman assistant came to my rescue. I told him what I needed to do and he guided me in everything I needed to buy to do the job.
He made suggestions I would never have thought of and described to me how to go about doing it.
he pushed my trolley to the checkout for me and escorted me to my car and loaded everything into the car for me.
He was extremely polite and so very helpful. I could not have completed the job without his help.
I will always go back to the store and seek him out everytime for his help.
