With no warning our contract expired & every month the y increases our bill without telling us why. Finally we called to find out what was going on & all they offered was a new contract. Hell NO! We decided to cancel our service & they charged us for an additional month of service insisting they needed a 30 day cancelation notice. After they screwed us over for almost a year instead of helping they screwed us one last time. Do not get Time Warner Cable. If we all boycott hopefully they will change & if not go out of business
