“Harassed before the statement is received”

My statement is received 3 to 4 days before the payment is due. We receive phone calls a week prior. This is every month, stop the harassment and just send you statement out in plenty time so you won’t have to call. This is especially annoying especially for the elderly.

“very bad service”

Dish has the worst customer service. The customer service rep was really arrogant. He didnt listen and hung up on me.

“Prime moment failure”

We have just experienced another prime moment failure to receive the signal from Dish. If you want to know how a movie ends, who wins a tight race of how NCIS ends, don't use Dish. We tried unsuccessfully last year to have our equipment upgraded, the dish is over 20 years old, but Dish's contractor was too stupid to make the appointment. We are finding another supplier for tv signal, Dish sucks.

“Questionable Value With Incomplete Offerings”

We used this company for five years. After reviewing offers and packages, we decided to change to one which offered much more in terms of packages and total cost per month. When I phoned to cancel, the representative became belligerent and advised me I would be charged $10.00 for the box they would send for me to return THEIR equipment. Nothing like helping me reinforce my decision to make a change.

Been having trouble with my payee paying bills late or not paying at all, can't get to my money till next month. How can I get them to leave my dish programming run another month till I can catch up?
