I found the site immensely helpful and lost over 20kgs. The daily diary and meal planning really keeps one on track together with meal suggestions and masses of recipes. Having the calorie content to hand of all foods makes planning quick and easy and often a real eye-opener especially for ready meals that we might think are healthy but in fact are best avoided. Thank you WLR on providing a valuable resource.
