I love Weight Loss Resources and I have been a member on and off for some time now. Although I found it hard to stay focused particularly at this time of year when Christmas is fast approaching and I am eating out a lot of the time, I still managed to lose weight with WLR. I do like the challenges and the exercise section is really good for working out how many calories has been burned off. Overall a great diet website that I would recommend to anyone wanting to trim down.
