I’ve tried so many diets. Slimming world, weight watchers, Atkins and low carb diets to name a few but nothing has kept me going like this app has! It’s so easy to use and becomes quite addictive. I’m a single mum and I don’t have Togo to the gym so I try and walk everyday. And even by doing that I’m still gradually loosing weight. I’ve used this app a month now and have lost 1st 4 lbs ☺️
