Brilliant & so easy to use!

I have lost 12lb so far and I put it all down to being able to track my calories and plan my meals for the day. I
The app is so easy to use and typing in what you are looking for rarely fails ( the photos are a help! ) I can add in my exercise (registered on my phone ) to “pedometer”
By adding everything SO easily I can make sure nothing is missed and realise how many treats that didn’t really seem to matter before, did!
Adding foods to favourites saves time and it’s just become second nature to track my day and I am seeing results!

If you really want to lose weight sensibly, heathily and steadily, use this app! Remember there are no tricks, it’s about you being honest. Months from now you will thank yourself.
