Easy, useful & keeps me on track!

I was not sure at first if i wanted to pay for a nutrion app. This app, however, is worth the nominal ammount charged. It helps me to organise, plan and track my food. I particularly like that it stores your own dinners, snacks and lunches in pic form as well as text. So easy to navigate and records weight loss, all adaptable to either metric or stones & lbs. I have been pleasantly surprised to find that it has nutrition values of a lot of the less mainstream foods that i enjoy. 1st 7lb down over the last few months helped by this superb little app. Thanks Nutracheck x
