Huge weight loss with the help of this app!

5 stone, 9lb weight loss using this app! Always been a yo-yo dieter, losing weight then putting it all back on plus extra few pounds but using this app has really helped me to keep a close track on what I eat and it displays full nutritional data which helped me to choose healthier foods. I haven’t given up eating my favourites including chocolates and cake and I use the ‘easier day’ option to increase calorie allowance in a controlled way. I achieved my Goal Weight a year ago and I’ve managed to maintain it with continued use of the app. I really recommend it!
