Absolutely brilliant App

Being a T2 Diabetic and Vegan weight has been a struggle to keep on top of , but when my doctor told me I had to come of my Metformin for medical reasons I just knew I had to loose weight.
This App kept me on track and accounts for everything that I eat or drink , I love the way it is in UK weights and measures , you can add your own recipes and even see an image of the food if you scan the bar code to see if it is the right one .

I have lost 7lb in my first week and am absolutely thrilled, I can see by looking at the week view that I only went over on my grams of Fat so now I have adjusted the main view page so that I can monitor this closer.
