Had hit a wall and was at my heaviest, with clothes that wouldn’t fit. I started exercising and logging food into this app, loving the charts, the weekly view, and how.easy it made things. I started to think more about what I was eating, making healthier choices - I didn’t eat less, I ate better. So after 7 weeks I’d lost 1 stone 7lbs and was hooked. A brilliant app.....
