Works for me

I wasn’t sure about buying an app to track my calories, but the free trial was a great way to test it first and I really wanted something that would help with the 5:2 diet I am following. I really like the layout and the ease of finding items, though I sometimes find the 5 a day auto fill a bit confusing when I compare it with what I’ve had, however that could just be me. After 6 weeks I spent a week using Nutracheck plus the former free app I had and there was no comparison as to ease of use and, of course, no adverts! Most importantly though, it’s helped me keep to my diet and plan round the more tricky celebration events so my weight loss is slow but steady which I’m very comfortable with. I actually believe I might get to my target weight for the first time in 15 years of on and off dieting, I certainly haven’t lost heart yet!
