Wow!

This is the first time I’ve tried calorie counting. I always thought it would be really time consuming. However the nutracheck app has proved me wrong! It’s so quick and easy to track your food, and it’s really worked. After my first week I lost 8lbs! I’ve never lost that much weight in my life. I think it proves how much I was overeating. It’s cheap. I can eat what I want knowing it’s within a healthy range. My husband has benefited too eating the healthy meals I’ve prepared for him! Absolutely fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone!
