Easy to use

Incredibly easy to use. I like the fact that I can monitor the fat grams in my diet as well as focusing on calorie counting. I can pre-plan my days meals, and store my favourite recipes and meals to speed up recording my daily totals.
Swapped to nutra check from slimming world, found I was consistently maintaining weight, frustrating when you are following the rules. Using nutra check I am consistently losing weight, just by monitoring my calorie intake and making small tweaks to my diet, I am now getting the results I am working towards.
Cost for 12 months is the same as only 6 weeks on slimming world, and well worth every penny. I also like the fact that it monitors the ‘five a day’ levels.
