Easy to follow.easy to use.have lost 15 pounds in 6wks.Have a long way to go.But happy with my start.lost 2 stone last year and put it all back on with a bit added on.This definately helps you keep track of daily intake.Have recommended to friends.plus so much cheaper than slimming clubs.onwards and upwards.losing weight is hard and there's a forum for support.so you have nothing to lose.nothing i don't like about app.
