It works so well

The fact is I eat what I want, this is based on what your target goal is mine was to reduce fat intake, the app counts my fat intake allowance a day,the app even gets me looking at the traffic lights on food labels, I never ever did this before, so am slowly changing my eating habits, but not missing out on my favourite foods,I can plan my whole menu for the next saying advance, the database for food and the calories and fat intake is unbelievable, I am impressed and would reccommend this app to anyone it is so easy to use and understand,nothing can go wrong.
