I have done lighter life lite and in 3 months lost nearly 2 stone the counselling was brilliant you don't talk about food just how to handle situations without turning to food. You get in life what you pay for i did the maintenance by buying the books off ebay and gradually introducing meals and lost more weight. Now I am happy I knw that I have to watch what I eat for life. It has cost me altogether about a £1000 but it is the best thing I have ever done.

My friend is constantly doing lighterlife, but t costs her £70 + per wee, and she always put the weight back on, I have recommended this diet to her instead, no need for a counsellor, I have lost 7 lbs in a week and its gorgeous
