I've done this diet before, tried & failed but NOT because the diet wasn't effective- it was, it was becuase of my lack of will power to stick to healthy eating habits.
This diet is very effective and will help you lose weight rapidly but you have to work hard and eat healthy to keep the weight off or like any diet it will come back on.

Im trying this diet again from today, i'll keep you updated how it goes.
