So I'm in a similar boat - didn't see the terms & conditions, paid £1.00 for the trial and then suddenly £99.99 had come out my account. This was before I'd even received the product to trial!
I've been emailing this 'Company' back and forth all weekend but they won't budge, basically saying I now own the product and I should just keep it and enjoy it! I offered to return the product (which I have not used) and they wanted to charge me £41.00 for doing so!
I contacted the retail dispute team at my bank (Natwest) and they were about as helpful as a hole in a bucket, basically saying it was my own fault for not reading the terms & conditions and there was nothing they could do other than stop any more money being taken.
Has anyone else been able to get money back from either this Company directly or via their bank? Someone before suggested their bank refunded them the money but mine are saying they won't!
Really angry. Think my only option now is to keep emailing these people and hope they offer me a refund... Long shot I know!

try a google search for chargeback, you should see a result for a consumer site WHICH could help you, say for instance " the product was advertised as 22% peroxide and only came with 6% peroxide, this would fall under " not as described" and into one reason to request a chargeback, worth a shot.

they said to me i should of asked for an extension - which again wasn't on the website when i put my card details in.. their website has recently been amended, i'm guesisng to cover their backs.
I had someone emailing properly, and then thney reverted to the same generic emails over and over again. I did manage to ring their number, but the next day the number wouldn't connect...
Surely there is a way to get our money back? How can they get away with this?

Apparently the bank will only step in and refund the money for you if you claim you never received the product. However as I was honest and said I did eventually receive the product (even though it was after 12 days and after they took the full amount from my account) they said they couldn't help me.
So if you're planning on ringing the retail disputes team at your bank I'd advise telling them you never received the product but still got charged,

Yeah I'm not getting anywhere by emailing this company, their level of 'customer service' if you can all it that is totally incompetent.
They keep responding to my emails though, which is funny, I really thought they'd just block me as I've been quite assertive with them.
They also keep ending their emails by saying if I change my mind they can reinstate my subscription at any time! I decided to cancel my card this morning just in case!
I should point out that although their contact number looks like it might be a UK London number, they informed me it is in fact a number in Poland.
I would recommend as many people as possible to just spam them with complaints.
I doubt you'll get your money back but you might find it helps with your frustration.
I've also tweeted about this Company and how shocking they are. Feel free to retweet.

If the bank have blocked this Company from deducting any more money can they
a) still deduct money using a different company name/account?
b) if they do refund me can they make that refund or will they be blocked?
Is it safer to cancel my card or should I be ok?
