I've never contacted them as I have NO NEED to buy I get about 3 or 4 emails per day which frankly is getting on my nerve and after speaking with three 'customer service' advisors they're refusing to remove my details (where'd they get them from??) from their records!!!!

Sound like a fabulous company. Not.

Simple quick to use calculators and the most helpful advisors I have ever spoken to. They went through all my options and had everything sorted so quickly. The best customer service i've ever had

My Debt situation has been worrying me for sometime now so I looked online for some basic information and found trapped. I filled out the online form and spoke to someone shortly afterwards. I'm now on the right path to sorting out my finances. thanks very much

Advisers were really good, let me make decisions in my own time and made sure I understood everything.

website was really easy to use, all the online questions were simple enough to fill out quickly but at the same time it took enough relevant and important information so when the adviser called they were able to help straight away.

Very simple, easy to use website. It only took minute to fill in my details and I had a call within 30 mins from a really helpful adviser. Definitely a weight off my shoulders.

This is my first review on here, and i'm not normally one for blowing any trumpets, let alone one that isn't my own, but in an industry full of crooks and pirates I felt Trapped deserved some praise for the stand-out service they gave me.

Like most of England, (and most countries in fact!) I'm in debt. So like many, I hit the web in a frantic search to sort my situation out, once and for all. After being passed around various debt companies like a rag doll, I came pretty close to giving up. Then after clicking an ad on Google I ended up at Trapped.co.uk

Nothing special at first, just the same old form asking for this and that about how much money I owe. Once I'd filled it out, they laid out my options in front of me and shortly after I received a call from one of their partners. My first thought? Great... more phone calls from companies wanting to trade me like a prized turkey at christmas.

BUT... to my surprise I found this debt adviser (I think her name was Debbie!)to be friendly, polite and most importantly...HONEST! She really took the time to understand my situation (which isn't easy!)and then we worked out the best solution. I recommend Trapped wholeheartedly for anyone in a similar situation to me. Debt needs to be talked about..but talked about with the right people..which are hard to find.
