I called and enquired about the removal of a CCJ. The lady I spoke with gave me the wrong advice/information about the court procedure and said I had to fill out all the court forms myself. She said Step Change did not offer any services and only assisted those in financial difficulty. If you are just looking for expert help to remove a CCJ and you are not in financial difficulty then this is a waste of time. All they want to do is sign you up for debt management.
