Decent company unbiased advice helpful and human overall very pleased with the service yes you pay a fee for their input but they are good at what they do and i feel it was worth it =) only negative would be various people picking things up without getting up to speed first which can be frustrating but we are all human and small oversights happen

I contacted this company after searching online for a company to help me get out of debt as I was stuck in a rut. When I called for the first time I wasn't made to feel stupid for having debts but was greeted with a helpful operator & soon enough my plan was up & running. I felt a great relief knowing I was not going to be paying just my interest off but actually paying the bills. If I was contacted by my debtors I'd just call 123 & things were dealt with immediately. I found myself deeper and deeper into debt, borrowing from one to pay the other and in the end I could not take any more so decided to enter into a payment plan of some sort and I found 123 Debt Solutions by searching the Internet. They have been fantastic from beginning to end; the staff are very helpful and nothing ever too much trouble; understanding and when I received threatening letters from my creditors their advice was always very supportive with clear explanations of how the industry works. Their fee is very reasonable and worth it. Well done all.

The service is excellent , the staff are understanding and helpful. The service certainly made dealing with our creditors so much easier and saved us having to continually explain our predicament to each individual creditor and provide proof to each and every one of them. All in all I would recommend 123 to anyone struggling with debt .

Being in debt is never good, but 123 really helped me. They took away the constant phone calls i was getting from companies which was one of the biggest things that was stressing me out. Ive read a few other reviews and people saying they would of liked more contact from 123 but for me having little contact with them meant that my accounts were all in hand and having the site to look at my progress was just what i needed. It has taken me 51 months to pay my debt off but i have still be able to enjoy my life and it certainly took the stress away from it all for me. I found them all really helpful when I did ever need to speak to them and nothing seemed a problem for them.

I am happy with 123, the only thing that I think where I could have had more support, one of my creditors has applied for ccj which is really bad, I thought 123 could have avoided a thing like this happening.... I had to do most of the paper work I may even have to go to court, should this be sorted by 123, is this what I'm paying for??? Happy with some of the service but not all.... Also IVA I spent weeks sorting details out only to be told no, I am sure we can go down another route so I can get rid of these debts quicker, can someone call me please...

I was very dubious to begin with, as debt i feel is stigmatised but once I spoke to Craig he put my mind at rest and made me feel positive about the future. He efficiently took my details and explained the options to me in easy to understand language. My pack arrived and i was kept up to date with progress with its delivery and offers of help along the way, as i have only just started to put my plan together I cannot comment any further at this stage, i would like the opportunity to give a further review in six months once my plan is up and running, my only criticism is that when receiving text messages to my mobile a different mobile number is used which can be a little confusing at times. Other than that I hope the service i have received so far continues.

I am very happy with the service i am receiving from 123 at the moment. i was originally very distressed and concerned about what was going to happen if i left my debt in some else's hands, however i am more than happy with the outcome. I dont have any problems or hassle of any of my debtors, but if i am worried about anything i will email holly directly. she sorts my problem straight away and i am very grateful for all her help and excellent advice every step of the way. over all great company

When i first enquired, i was obviously a little apprehensive. I spoke to a lady named Natalie Dawson, who was extremely helpful, understanding and above all, caring. could you please pass on my thanks to her? Then i reguarly spoke to a chap named John Taylor, who again was very helpful. I have phoned a few times to make sure about things, and everyone i have spoke to, has been pleasant and done what they said they would do! I cannot speak highly enough enough of 123 Debt solutions, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Now my plan is up and running i would just like to say THANK YOU.
