...from not reading the terms & conditions. The one star is not for the fee that they charge (people who say that everyone should read the terms & conditions prior to applying are right; i blame myself for that) but for the way they do it: no mentioning of the fee, just the £0.50 charge in order to check that the account is genuine...
I will be following their terms & conditions in order to get the refund after 6 months. I hope i get the money back.
