I was not told that I had to pay a fee of 69:99 for them finding a loan company that "suited me"weather or not i accepted it...when I spoke to a member of their costumer care team, unfortunately the member of staff I got through to had absolutely no intentions of helping me, and was arrogent to the point of rudeness sending me an imtimadating email where he often used capital letters which i deem to be shoutin, not answering questions I had asked him merely giving his opinion!!!
Please please please DONOT use this company they are predators of the vulnerable and unscrupulous!!!

I haver gone the Financial Ombudsmen about them, as they were really rude to me, said I was shouting and because I took it up with my bank as well they said I was trying to commit fraud and would take take legal action if the bank didn't return the £69.95 that they refunded. I have recieved my letter from the Financial Ombudsmen and they are now dealing with it. I was told I could apply on June 6th to have my money refunded after 6 months from applying through them.
