I had a worst experience with Royal Matrimonial. Without giving the complete details, they enrol the users. After that, they give invalid profiles. After asking them they say that they dont have the database. They can give only two profiles a week. Not only this, if these profiles are invalid they ask you to wait for two months to have more profiles at back end. Plus customer service the worst service I have ever seen. They have habit of talking nuisance with customers. Better to reach other sites than Royal Matrimonial.

Took mediater service from then, which is highest and best in terms of services n charges, but got the pathetic response.

They don't know themselves about the profiles and they don't bother to verify and check forwarding.

It's still not an end, when we asked more about the profiles, their answer is they will check and get back to us, which hardly happens in reality.

They simply gain the time, finish your time and your money is gone.

A lady was the mediator, sent mail to them, another lady came in between as guest appearance but again the same response.

Totally money waste, nothing more than that.
