I purchased Software directly from Stellar website without using DEMO Version available as this was found as highly reputed company from review sites and other reliable sources.

After purchase MAC Recovery Software (To recover lost Boot Camp partition Data), I was unable to recover any data.

I contacted Customer Service over the phone and explained my problem, the Customer Service Executive was unable to solve my problem and offered me Refund which I denied as I purchased the Software to recover the valuable data.

Afterwards I mailed my issue to Customer Support and receive irrelavent response everytime so I request them to Refund if they are not able to recover my data even after 2 weeks.

Surprisingly the refund was denied stating below reasons:

We would like to inform you that we cannot consider your refund request as, according to our refund policy, a refund can only be processed in case, if we are not able to provide you any support or if there is any bug found in our software.

So I contacted Orders Department explaining my issue and received below response:

Hi,

Thank you for your email message.

Refund is not an issue for us and we are not denying to processing it however we need your assistance to resolve this case because the problem which you are facing is completely resolvable. I request you to please once again work with us so that we can able to help you in resolving the problem and if you do not receive a proper and satisfactory resolution of your problem in that case I ensure you, I will refund the full software amount.

I once again relied on above response and consider to give one more try to Customer Support but all in vein,

So I again contact Orders / Customer Support Department to Refund the amount paid for the software as they were not able to recover my valuable data

To my surprise I receive below response today:

Hi,

Thank you for your email message.

We are sorry to inform you that we can not process your refund because your case is not eligible for this. To issue a refund we always follow our refund policy and If a customer qualifies for this, we happily refund the full software amount immediately.
