it doesn't work!

they took money from my credit card without me knowing and there is no phone number support and when you try to reach them email there is no email address just a mail error

when you agree to the "7 Day trial for $4.97" the will trick you immediatley for a full years subscription. I agreed to pay through Paypal and although there was only enough for the trial period Paypal allowed them to take a full years payment. I received no communication from them regarding my statutory rights, billing information,subscription cancellation or anything else.They say the product has an unconditional 60 day moneyback promise but all they do is stall. I have reported smartpcfixer and mycommerce to the National Fraud and cybercrime unit.

This China based company at it's website offered a 7 day trial for $ 5.99.It did not specifically state that after the trial, you would automatically be enrolled in and be charged for a whole year of service for $ 65.65. I paid for the trial period.However, the software did NOT repair my Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7 failure which caused my Windows 7 to crash. After about 10 days, without my consent, I found that I had been charged $ 65.65 for a whole years subscription to their service. The online ad states: "You may cancel it anytime even after 60 days or refund it within 60 days. Or a yearly $ 59.9 will appear on your billing." The online site has no specific means to cancel. I contacted PC Fixer by email requesting a refund also stating that I did NOT consent to the yearly service. PC Fixer has refused to provide a refund and has refused to acknowledge that I did NOT consent to the yearly service. I have complained to my MasterCard company concerning this issue and am disputing this charge. Given the aforementioned, PC Fixer definitively uses fraudulent and deceptive business practices against the consumer in order to obtain monies from the same.

My wife clicked on this site to try to fix a browser problem. They ask for initial payment of $5.99, then bill your cc for an additional $59.90 and still do nothing. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE ripoff!!

I did not satisfy with the product and asked for a refund. However, they did not want to process it and kept asking me to keep the product.
