Doesnt work to retrieve photos I accidentally deleted within the hour from my SD card. Such a bummer and a waste of $32. Don't reccomend.

I downloaded and paid for this program. However it only recovered a portion of my pictures. Out of 1200 plus pictures it only recovered 404. Their warranty is worthless. I bought this program in an effort to recovery some lost pictures of my trip to Thailand. The pictures had been taken using the internal memory of my Olympus Camera.The software could not find my camera when it was plugged in so I wrote an email (only contact option) asking for a refund. We went back and forth for weeks until they finally agreed to refund me in ten business days. It's been 15+ days and still no word. Bottom line, this program does not work.
