Worst quality knives ever and worst customer services. Left a bad review on their site after getting no response from customer services, which they then took down, but they did send me a rude sarcastic reply, so be warned they only leave positive reviews so people will think that they are good, but here they can't take them down. Knives not for professional use nor anything close, only good for people that don't know one end of a knife from the other. Basically they are cheap junk which went in the bin.

I agree. I’m so glad I purchased mine from Amazon uk. I purchased salmon and fish filleting knives. They are not what is described. Poor quality and not fit for purpose. Just sending mine back later today. The transportation blade cover on filleting knife is beyond useless. As for professional standard, I’ll agree with you on that. They were good a long time ago, but not now
