Review Centre E-mails

  • Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express

    • Select Actions > Junk E-mail > Junk E-mail Options... from the menu in Outlook.
    • Go to the \"Safe Senders\" tab.
    • Click Add....
    • Type the email address or domain name you want to list as \"trusted\".
    • To add a single address, type \"[email protected]\", for example. To make sure sub-domains are not automatically listed as \"trusted\" when you add a domain, include the @ sign: \"@reviewcentre.com\", for example. In this case, mail from \"[email protected]\" will not be listed as a \"safe sender\".
    • Click OK.
    • Click OK again.
    • Open a message from the sender (or a sender at the domain) you want to add to Safe Senders.
    • Select Actions > Junk E-mail and then Add Sender to Safe Senders List or Add Senders Domain (@internet.com) to Safe Senders List.
  • Mozilla Thunderbird

Senders e-mail addresses are automatically checked against addresses stored in your Address Book. By saving addresses into your Address Book, you ensure that mail will not be flagged as Junk and possibly deleted.

Additionally, suspicious e-mails are flagged in the following way:

By clicking on This is Not Junk, the e-mail address is flagged as a safe sender and communications from this address are allowed through the spam filters.

  • Webmail Accounts eg. Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo!

Webmail accounts now generally offer users the option to store e-mail addresses from previously unknown senders:

Again, senders e-mail addresses are also checked against any addresses stored in your address book, which serves as a safe senders list.

Note: some webmail service providers may have slightly different systems for saving safe senders addresses. Please refer to your providers individual help notes for more information.
