I have had a Vanquis credit card for about a year and a half now. I haven't had any problems with it or the customer service department as of yet! If my full balance isn't paid of at the end of the month, its not a big deal for me, I only get charged like £3.00 interest or something along those lines. I would only use the card when I know I can pay it back, my main reason for getting a credit card was to increase my credit rating. So instead of buying something from my direct debit, I used my credit card and paid it off a few days later. My credit limit is only £500 which I am happy with, I don't see the need for an increase as I would find it a lot harder to pay back £1000+ than £500 and I would be more tempted to buy things I could not afford to pay back by the end of the month. Everybody has there different opinions, suppose it all comes down to how you use it. This card works for me! :)
