The customer service team are really great. After suffering a bereavement, while in the process of moving, I lost my job and as such I was in a bit of a mess.
I rang Barclycard and explained my situation, not being able to pay. They were so so so helpful and halted my interest for 4 months as well as wavering the months pay. All other times I have rung to enquire about a bill or a payment I do not recognise they are quick to help and I am usually left satisfied.
The only awkward thing is that it is very rarely dealt with in a Barclays bank as it is technically a separate company and so you WILL have to ring.
