The accommodation was very reasonable and a very good location for visiting Padstow and many of the surrounding beaches. Chalet was very well equipped and comfortable. This is the second time I've used this company. Excellent customer service. Atlantic bay is a good site with good facilities especially for children. Chalet was clean, the only thing that I will say is I wish we'd had the larger chalet as it was a bit of a squeeze for a family of four but other than that we had a fab time. Thank you. 16147 I had a great stay with my partner at this site on a haven complex. We did not use many of the facilities as we were using chalet as a touring base. My partner said the spar shop was good and reasonable price. Our bed was comfy and chalet clean and well stocked cleaning supplies and small personal touches. We particularly appreciate the bottle of milk. Will come again. Perranporth is lovely and near by. Weather could have been better lol. Oh I found sofa uncomfortable in lounge but that's not unusual as I have arthritis. Joy had very good communication with us.

The first impression as we drove up to the chalet was dull and uninteresting, but once inside the chalet it was very homely, clean and welcoming. Especially the tea and biscuits. The kettle was soon put on and the holiday began. I was pleased that everything was supplied to keep the chalet clean ie washing up liquid and sponge, cleaning cloths, toilet rolls etc. this was a lovely touch. The park, is lovely and peaceful, with the beach only over the road just right for a walk with the dog. The children enjoyed the pool, tennis, basketball court and playground. The little Co Op in Par had so much choice we didn't use the large supermarkets all week, it was lovely just to walk over there. The little fruit and veg shop was great too we often popped in there to get some fruit on the way out of Par. The caravan was clean and comfortable, with all the equipment needed for a great stay. The cooker worked brilliantly, the kitchen had all utensils needed. We enjoyed using the outside table and chairs although the weather wasn't great. There was a lot of information in the caravan about places to visit, restaurants to eat in etc, this was very useful, thank you. The area has a lot to offer with different coastal villages to explore. We enjoyed using the train station at Par to visit lots of other places, the children, the dog and ourselves loved hopping on and off trains and buses all day! A memorable holiday.

Just like to thank Joyce, the holiday was everything we expected, the only thing is the site could do with a better map of the chalets, apart from that everything was great and was supprised to see a washing machine! nice.

We had a weeks' holiday in a two-bed chalet. Everything was fine and we were very happy with the chalet and amenities. We would certainly go again.

We stayed for a week on Atlantic Bay, the whole booking process with enjoyuk.com was efficient and simple to complete, the assistance from the owners was second to none,I would not hesitate to use them again, the site was amazingly clean and spotless and all staff very friendly and helpful, the site is quiet but all facilities are of a very high standard. The chalet we stayed in 139 had everything you needed for a base to stayed although it needs some updating, new mattresses would be helpful. I wouldn't say it was very clean either when we arrived. 15116
