DEBBIE'S VILLAS - THE BEST VILLA COMPANY WE HAVE DEALT WITH

We have travelled to Florida for decades and tend to hire villas from owners or small companies who deal with private owners. We have never had a bad experience but at times the lack of communication, the hidden deposit that we have had to remind them to repay, and some unexpected arrangements added 'a hassle factor' to the experience.

We found Debbie's villas through a google search and decided to try them for our villa hire - THEY WERE FABULOUS. Easy website with photos and film, easy access to prices and availability and simplicity in the whole process - even being able to pay online without having to work in dollars or send electronic transfers made the whole booking arrangement easy.

On the run up to our stay, information about keys and codes arrived in good time, little touches including cards with the villa details that could be popped into a purse were included, directions, contact phone numbers etc - the package was all there.

On arrival - everything was as it should be and for once some cleaning materials and a food package were left as standard - thank you.

We asked to stay an extra couple of hours beyond check out and the cleaner fitted her routine around that without extra charges that I know would have come from other companies.

In short, Debbie's villas were excellent communicators, made us feel like people and not just a process and they were great to deal with. We arrived home to the cold and rain which prompted us to book our next Florida holiday ..... we didn't hesitate with the villa provider - Debbie's villas it is. THANK YOU
