I ordered a gliding chair from Tutti Bambini. The chair arrived without any notice of arrival and therefore i was not ready to receive the parcel. It was left with my neighbour.
The Chair had to be self assembled. The instructions were adequate and i did have to assume some of the assembly for myself.
The chair did not work glide properly once assembled and made a scraping noise. So i contacted Tutti Bambini about the problem. Tutti Bambini's after service is poor and they don't particularly want to help resolve the problem. Had i known that this would be the case i would have spent more and bought a chair from Dutalier. Customer service as far as Director level was poor.
Don't buy from Tutti Bambini unless you can guarantee no after service is required. Would never buy from them again!
